The x9gaming Journey
From a small platform with a big vision, x9gaming has grown into one of the most recognised and trusted names in Malaysia's online gaming industry. Here's our journey:
The Beginning of x9gaming
X9gaming was founded with the goal of providing a safer and fairer online gaming platform for Malaysian players. Our first platform launched with a core collection of slot and casino games that quickly began attracting attention.
Game Library Expansion
We added a live casino category with real live dealers and launched our first mobile support. Active membership grew significantly as players began recognising the platform's reliability in processing withdrawals.
VIP Programme & Structured Promotions Launch
X9gaming introduced a tiered VIP system that delivers more meaningful rewards to our loyal members. This period also saw rapid growth among new players as more Malaysians began turning to online entertainment.
Mobile App & Platform Updates
We launched a native Android app and PWA support for iOS — giving players a smoother, faster gaming experience on any device. The platform interface was also fully redesigned with a black-and-gold theme that has since become x9gaming's visual identity.
X9gaming Today
With over 1,000 game titles, a payment system powered by FPX and DuitNow, 24-hour customer support, and a continuously growing player community — x9gaming remains the go-to online gaming platform for Malaysian players who value quality and security.
The Core Values That Shape x9gaming
Behind every decision we make — whether in product development, customer service, or promotion design — are core values we never compromise on:
-
Transparency We believe players deserve to know how our platform operates. Our bonus terms, withdrawal conditions, and game policies are written clearly — no hidden clauses or deliberately obscured terms designed to mislead players.
-
Game Fairness All games on x9gaming use independently certified random number generators (RNG). This ensures that every spin, every hand, and every game outcome is truly random and cannot be manipulated by any party.
-
Social Responsibility x9gaming takes responsible gaming seriously. We provide tools for players to set deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options — because we want all players to enjoy our platform in a healthy and controlled way.
-
Continuous Innovation The online gaming industry is always evolving, and x9gaming stays right at the forefront. We actively add new games, enhance platform performance, and explore innovative features that make the playing experience better than ever.
-
Security as a Priority Security is not just an added feature at x9gaming — it is the foundation that shapes every technical decision we make. From SSL encryption to two-factor authentication and real-time account monitoring, we do everything necessary to protect your account and funds.
Our Preferred Game Providers
X9gaming only partners with game software providers whose quality and reliability are proven at the international level. This ensures every game you play on our platform delivers a world-class experience in graphics, audio, and game mechanics:
Our partnerships with these providers go beyond business — they are a quality assurance guarantee for every x9gaming player. Every game added to our platform goes through an internal review process to ensure it meets the quality and fairness standards we have set.
